Cell Cloning Studies
In the modern biological laboratory cell cloning is often a component in a research project. A single cell clone is generated from cells seeded in selective medium, which permit the proliferation of only cells with the required properties. Sometimes this can be done in a single step while it can also be necessary to do it in two or more stages. Obviously the choice of selective medium is critical. Once the clonal colonies are selected it is necessary to grow them isolated in smaller wells and to ensure that there are no extraneous cells, which have been picked with the clone. Having the most suitable plastic ware can facilitate all of these activities.
